Galitzine, the Tuscan dream

Founded in 1986 for the intuition of a brilliant Tuscan designer, the unforgettable Paolo Albasini, Galitzine is the “luxury” line created to support the main brand Optical Florence Design, then became Florence Design.

Galitzine was created for a sophisticated type of product, with the help of precious materials such as gold and ivory and that later will change its name to Luxury.
Paolo Albasini said: “My glasses are independent of the formal logics of their time and often assert themselves ten years after I created them, because my glasses have no time”.

When possible, Galitzine vintage glasses come with their original case except for those damaged by time.
