Delivery methods

Dalpasso Srl delivers the products purchased by courier to the address provided by the customer when completing the order.

The customer is required to provide correct, complete and up-to-date shipping details. Dalpasso Srl is not responsible for any delays, storage, failed deliveries or additional costs resulting from incomplete, incorrect or outdated details provided by the customer.

As soon as the parcel is dispatched, Dalpasso Srl will send the customer an e-mail containing the order summary and the shipment tracking details, where available.

Shipping to Italy

For orders of glasses and ski goggles of euro 70.00 or more, shipping in Italy is free of charge.

For all other products, or for orders less than euro 70.00, Dalpasso Srl charges, as a contribution for the shipping service, the sum of euro 7.00 throughout the country, including VAT and any other taxes and duties.

Exceptions apply to certain geographical areas, for which different shipping costs may be charged. In particular, for peripheral locations the shipping contribution is euro 9.00, while for some remote locations the shipping contribution is euro 13.00, always including VAT and any other taxes and duties.

Dalpasso Srl reserves the right to vary the shipping contribution without prior notice. Any new amounts will be effective from the time of publication on the website and will apply only to orders placed from that time onwards, without affecting orders already confirmed.

Throughout the Italian territory, delivery always uses the Express service, which generally requires 1-2 working days from the time of dispatch.

Shipping outside of Italy

For orders outside the Italian territory, the shipping costs are calculated based on the country and destination address provided by the customer when completing the order.

The customer can choose between Standard service and Express service.

With Standard service, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Europe: delivery expected in 2-4 working days, subject to verification of the destination postal code;
  • Rest of the world: delivery expected in 3-6 working days, subject to verification of the destination postal code, excluding any customs checks, inspections or holds that cannot be predicted in advance.

With Express service, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Europe: delivery expected in 1-2 working days, subject to verification of the destination postal code in most European business areas;
  • Rest of the world: delivery expected in 2-3 working days, subject to verification of the destination postal code, excluding any customs checks, inspections or holds that cannot be predicted in advance;
  • U.S.A. and Canada: delivery expected within 2-3 working days to most business addresses in the U.S.A. and in the main business areas of Canada;
  • Asia: delivery by the end of the day in 2-3 working days in most served areas.

The times indicated are purely indicative and may vary depending on the destination location, the availability of the service by the appointed courier, any customs checks or other circumstances not attributable to Dalpasso Srl.

Any customs charges, duties, local taxes or any other additional costs requested by the customs or tax authorities of the destination country shall be borne by the purchaser and do not depend on Dalpasso Srl.
