Once the order has been shipped, the buyer will receive a confirmation e-mail with the number necessary to check the delivery status directly from the website of the carrier chosen for the shipment.

Returns free of charge.

Within 14 calendar days* from receipt of the package, the return of the products can be requested, without any penalty and without providing any explanation.

In this case, any amount paid for the payment of the item will be refunded, but the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer, including any customs fees, duties and any other ancillary costs should they be requested by the customs or tax authorities.

If the buyer is not satisfied with the purchase and wants to return one or more products free of charge, he can contact us on 0522 453999 to receive return instructions. Product and packaging registered to be intact, with any warranty seals.

Problems with an order?

If the buyer has received a broken or wrong product, or one or more of the ordered products are missing, he can report the anomaly to 0522 453999: after verifying the error, the company will promptly provide for the free replacement or send the missing goods.
